    The good thingsMost people get along and workload is reasonable. Was once a nice place to work at.
    The challengesCulture has turned borderline woke. Much less internal promotions and room for career development. High turnover of staff. Many co-workers have left due to the change in culture of the workplace.

    The good thingsThe whole Makita team are great to work with. Very down to earth and genuine. The NQ team were another family. Good salary package within Representative role. Work/life balance was great. Monday to Friday, then occasional weekend work for trade shows/events.
