Less than 1 year in the role, former employee

Absolutely horrific almost impossible to work.

The good thingsI would say that there were some good things but unfortunately being an environmentalist for some time I would not recommend.

The challengesMultiple challenges. The biggest one you would face would be going into a role in which you would be more current than most. Poor management, technically un quipped team. Most likely going to be a share role in which you will not be across unless you have a proper handover and that is definitely not the case in this department.
