    #1 in GPTW in 2021 and 2022 for a reason
    The good thingsA Teal organisational culture where people are treated as adults and asked to make good choices. Flat structure, no red tape, lovely people. Mantel Group is an extraordinary workplace, no surprises they've done incredibly well in GPTW results over the last three years.
    The challengesAt times there are struggles with lack of communication and transparency in decision making.
