    Good leadership with effort needed on improving culture and collaboration
    The good thingsThe General Manager - He has a vision and a really amazing track record of improving the culture. The senior leadership team is good and know.
    The challengesSome long term employees - while they ae knowledgeable, they have made things in the organisation impossible to get access to. ALso are a hinderance to change as they cannot move from the old ways of working Poor knowledge sharing and collaboration between a handful employees in the company
