Most people are not suitable for their positions within the company. Communication does not exist.

The challengesMy direct boss was hard to please and work with and no variety or variance in my roll same day in day out but that is what the roll was

It’s disappointing you felt that your role had no variety, but, as we advertise in the Accounts Receivable position and clearly state in the interview process, that particular role has very little scope for variety given it’s role in the business and the small team of 4 employees in Finance. Marathon Tyres prides itself on offering our employees these things early in their time with us and feel it is a benefit.
