    Good Management Experience
    The good thingsTeam atmosphere is really good and high energy. Goals and KPIs are reachable and attainable if controlled correctly. I never assume that it’s the job that is the issue it’s the person in the job with the right attitude where things are achieved. It’s a family run company where you develop long term relationships. Hourly rate is quite high compared to other jobs.
    The challengesOur team worked really hard to eliminate challenges we faced, all in all I believe that if a team can do this together they are unstoppable.

    The challengesManagement is very poor, Passive aggressive and holds grudges. Unnecessary stress. Bad rostering. Little help from upper management, Even as a manager.

    The good thingsEasy work. Tips sometimes.
    The challenges$1.50 for every delivery, sometimes the deliveries can be 30-40 minutes. i ended up losing money working here.

    An engaging, fast-paced kitchen environment with excellent, friendly staff and great pizza to boot!
    The good thingsClose-knit teams working in clean, organised spaces. All managers are friendly and approachable, making them easy to work with. Simple and efficient procedures are in place for all aspects of customer service, food preparation and other kitchen duties. Staff work for a basic rate of pay increasing by age, with delivery drivers earning a small but sufficient petrol allowance and tips if given.
    The challengesAs a fast-paced kitchen, weekends can be hectic for those who are new or in an unfamiliar store. Occasional busy nights can spill over into the early morning hours due to post-shift cleaning. Very rarely, an unhappy customer may shake the confidence of one who is more introverted.
