    Good for external growth and finding new opportunities, bad if you want to actually grow within the organization.
    The good thingsFull remote work and management is very understanding with time off and work life balance.
    The challengesIn my department, there was no room for growth and no one seemed willing help staff progress or develop. It seemed like they just wanted people to come and fill the role until they die, with no improvements.

    The challengesManagement knows nothing about running the operations. All they care about are the numbers so they can report to their clients. Most of them do not have experience working in the real corporate world.

    It's a good place for a new starter, who has excellent self-learning skill and well organized.
    The good thingsLots of projects, Friendly colleagues, Flexible hours, Birthday leave, Free fruits, snacks & drinks.
    The challengesLack of products knowledge training. Limited resources. Some campaigns are very tough. No commission, salary increase or rewards.

    Can be challenging but definitely rewarding. Lots of team members have bee in the business for a lot of time, so lots of experience to learn from.
    The good thingsOpportunity to move into new roles if you willing to put the effort in. Lots of promotions from within. Lots of projects to work on. Fun colleagues.
    The challengesCan have a lot of work on at times. Lack of direction at times.
