    The challengesAged care is a challenging industry and there is a high burnout rate, and staff turnover. Depending on what section you work in it can be very stressful.

    The good thingsBeautiful facility, majority of staff are lovely to work with. Residents are wonderful. Some opportunities provided to further training.
    The challengesManagement way to top heavy. Management have their favourites. Unable to speak to management about issues concerning some problems that have occurred. Staff that have done wrong are let go into other workplaces without further consequences.

    Coming here was easily one of the best moves i have made in aged care.
