The challengesPoor scheduling from managers, tend to be overstaffed a lot on the busier days. Different rules for different people. Was no room to move in the company or advance skill sets even though they kept saying it would happen. Work life balance is appalling, you work all the hours and overtime requested of you, with not much gratitude.
Drivers speak down on you (not all), fulltime staff think they're above everyone else and have a tantrum when casuals ask to be trained on forklift (which the company is in desperate need of more drivers).
