Friendly team, poor leadership and clear bias from management.
The good thingsSome colleagues are great to work with.
The challengesLeadership lacked capability and consistency. There was noticeable bias and favouritism, with limited opportunities for growth.

    Would not recommend unfortunately
The good thingsI was lucky enough to have meet a few great people and had some great managers in my time who made the toxic culture bearable. Unfortunately as they left so did any hope it would improve.
The challengesPoor leadership, minimal growth opportunities, low remuneration, top down false sense of urgency, does not practice what they preach

    Supportive culture with great benefits.
The good thingsSupportive management, genuinely invested in staff well-being and growth. Flexibility - WFH 2 days a week and flexible start/finish times. Very family orientated with excellent work life balance. Good banter in the office, making it a fun place to work.
The challengesAs with any leadership transition, changes are ongoing. However, leadership is very mindful of the impact and listen to the team.

While it was a good learning experience, there was constant staff turnover due to senior management's lack of consistency and accountability. There was no opportunity to thrive as you're constantly chasing your tail trying to fix the most recent \"great id
The good thingsFellow staff working well together, location, members, diversity of role.
The challengesUpper management, constant staff departures, toxic environment.

Disappointing after such a promising pitch
The good thingsGreat members / customers who show huge faith in the organisation; new team members were really committed and enthusiastic
The challengesVery poor leadership with no accountability for poor decisions; continued lack of respect and consideration shown by senior managers that went completely unchecked by upper executives even when made aware; multiple staff departures due to toxic culture yet still no action taken; failure to nurture talent.
