    The good thingsOpportunity for free product. Variety of people all from very different backgrounds which can make life interesting. Good products. If you're someone that says yes non-stop you'll have the potential to get other role opportunities.
    The challengesManagement change their minds continually or very last minute, making it very difficult to ensure you complete your own tasks on time. Very much a culture of delivering the impossible continually with no thanks or gratitude.
