Worst company to work for in my 20+ career. Stay clear or leave with a bitter mouth.
The good thingsCoworkers were good but not all who conspired with senior managers to cut you down.
The challengesThere is rampant nepotism and gaslighting with a centralized decision making. Your authority over your work can be undermined by a lot of people so you end of doing not as per best practices but as dictated by those who have stayed with the company for long and have established themselves into positions of authority and with senior management.

All in all, I couldn't have asked for any better company to start my career. Many bigger companies might pay more but it's the working environment that I love the most about the Mayfield. Looking forward now.
The good thingsThis is my first working experience in Australia and I felt very welcome in the company. My manager trained me in very efficient manner. The people in the office as well as the workshop are amazing. Very importantly, anyone can go the high offices of the company if there are any concerns.
The challengesSince the WA office of the company is expanding, we definitely need more hands on deck. From document control point of view, I think biggest challenge is to have a uniform set of procedures that is followed by every individual in document control team.
