    Worked on duties that were outside of my qualifications with little to no guidance from management.
    The good thingsThe junior staff are nice and the admin staff are very helpful.
    The challengesNo work-life balance or support from management and pay is on the lower end of the scale.

    Infairly dismissed right before Christmas.
    The good thingsOne nice boss partner and really fair to work for.
    The challengesWorking for four solicitors and one in particular kept me back overtime all the time. No work life balance.

    A genuine career in a competitive industry, within a fun and loyal workplace.
    The good thingsI have found that if you work hard and show you are committed, that you will be rewarded with genuine career opportunities. I also find that socially the firm is a lot of fun and quite young.
    The challengesThere is a lot of work! Mostly it is interesting and efforts are appreciated but the legal industry can be tough.
