Some of the most fun, enjoyable days in my working career have been at McCorkell
The good thingsGreat people, from all walks of life. Very inclusive, with a fantastic homegrown culture. Every day finds a new way to challenge me to be creative, forward-thinking and solutions based.
The challengesDemanding workload, but manageable, sometimes difficult to manage time when your clients are based in APAC.

I would recommend McCorkell to anyone.
The good thingsA great environment to work in, wonderful staff and an increasingly great culture. Being with the agency 3 years and counting. An agency that values their staff and always try to work with people to continue employment paths.
The challengesSometimes difficult working with some management styles.

I am enjoying my time working here at McCorkell, it can be challenging at times due to the number of different campaigns but the team leaders are always there to provide support in a helpful and friendly manner.
The good thingsThe people, the culture and overall working environment. Proud to be a McCorkellite!
The challengesDifferent campaigns require different approaches. While this is challenging at times it's helped grow my confidence in using alternate methods and tactics and has also helped me gain experience within the marketing industry.

    Really good, then really terrible.
The good thingsCulture was ok (Not set up via HR, staff input only). Friday themed drinks cart and regular staff activities.
The challengesIt was difficult to know your place within the organization. A large amount of the contact center is back packers and makes the center seem unstable with high turn over. HR is practically non existent.
