    I loved working in the R&D department, managers were amazing and super supportive. Enjoyed the new facilities.
    The good thingsNew facility and office. The R&D department culture was great and loved working with the whole team.
    The challengesWork life balance is sometimes a challenge with tight deadlines. Factory upgrades and maintenance needs improvement.
