    The good thingsWhat I appreciate most is the supportive environment and focus on personal growth. People genuinely care and are always willing to help, and leadership is approachable and encouraging. There are excellent opportunities for internal movement and career progression, and the commitment to flexible hybrid working makes it easier to maintain work-life balance. As a nice extra, lunch is provided by an onsite chef on office days, which adds to the positive experience.

    The good thingsTeaching me what I do not want in a work environment
    The challengesManagement staff are horrendous with support & micro-managing. It is unsaid but expected to work overtime with no compensation due to the size of the workload. Staff retention is horrible. They do not take any issues seriously and try to put it back on you. The salary is not a liveable wage.

    The challengesThe management was the worst, the environment was so toxic. Do not recommend working for a family business especially when there is no HR. Being micromanaged every day. The staff retention is horrible and being paid horribly for the work you do.
