Brilliant, caring organisation with lots of opportunity for professional growth
The good thingsExcellent company culture that truly cares about their employee's wellbeing. Extremely flexible working. Interesting and varied work across multiple brands. Get to work alongside senior leaders, many of whom are healthcare professionals, that really care and want better outcomes for the individuals the businesses are supporting.
The challengesWith any large and rapidly growing business, IT systems and internal processes can take time to catch up to what's needed, but investment in these areas is happening.

I love my workplace, my colleagues and my job. The vision we are trying to achieve is inspiring as are our leaders. It is the longest i've stayed at any organisation and I don't plan on leaving soon.
The good thingsI love working at MedHealth because the leaders are always trying to think of new ways to make our jobs easier but also improve our psychosocial health. The EVP is great. I've personally used many of the benefits such as the EAP, discounted health insurance, travel club and more. It is also very inclusive. We value our diversity, and we continuously work to make our workplace more inclusive.
The challengesAs a big company it can be hard to be across so many of the brands but such is the life of being in corporate services.

I have been within the MedHealth group for just under 10 years and have had an opportunity to work within several of the businesses, all of which have welcomed me and supported with my professional development/career growth.
The good thingsThe people, opportunities and health and wellbeing supports. All of the teams value inclusion and collaboration. Having swapped between several of the businesses I have felt welcomed in whichever team I have worked within. Even being within an office all of the teams are welcoming and friendly. There is ample opportunity to collaborate with different MedHealth businesses and professionals and opportunity to join a range of committees/working groups. All of which can allow team members to explore their interests, build knowledge and build networks all across Australia. There is ample health and wellbeing activities and supports ranging from regular webinars, Employee Assistance Programs, Fitness Passports, MedHealth leadership training courses, online access to an LMS with historical webinars and other optional learning modules.
The challengesIt can get busy at times. However, there are a lot of options for support should it be needed, you just need to review with your leadership team.

The good thingsThe fact that we are all motivated by supporting people live better lives is what makes working at MedHealth so special. That shared purpose and understanding is apparent in all that we do. It's a company which truly values diversity and inclusion.
The challengesGrowing fast means that some of our systems can be streamlined. That is in process.
