If I can stay at my workplace I would. I love my patients and my kind doctors. If only there were support from this company. So hard also to get a leave even when you file it in advance.
The good thingsI love my place of work, the doctors and my patients.
The challengesSo many changes on how to collect specimens. So many changes in management. Got to pay my own parking and low pay but expecting more from you.

Do not work in the reception area, it’s a trap. Apply to another department.
The good thingsConsistent hours and free food
The challengesManagement is micromanaging constantly, will be monitored constantly by people. The pay is lowest comparatively to other pathology companies. Management is extremely unprofessional and unorganised. Management is the issue with this department and it’s unfortunate as they have lost a lot of talent the last few months.

I couldn't be paid enough to work here again.
The good thingsA good few people to work with, and the occasional party to help blow off steam.
The challengesPoor management that left staff get away with unprofessional behaviour such as changing with less then 24hrs notice so they can go get nails done together. Poor OHS procedures and equipment. Pay is the lowest in the industry and because everyone is hired as a casual dont expect solid job security.

A truly terrible place to work.
The good thingsNothing. Worked here as a scientist and can honestly say I have nothing good to say about the place.
The challengesYoung inexperienced management, no permanent employment, absolutely no regard for staff safety and WHS, no respect, expectations of crazy overtime and a wage well below industry average.

Disappointing and would not recommend it to anyone.
The good thingsNothing at all. Null.
The challengesManagement is incredibly slow and do not care what the staff think. Safety is of minimal concern. Proper staffing is rare if not non existent.

    Most unprofessional management I've witnessed.
The good thingsAbsolutely nothing. If they had a decent managment structure, it would become bearable.
The challengesKeeping your patients with unqualified and unprofessional management. Terrible training and possibly on the verge of \"A current affair\" crashing through the doors.
