    I left Medline because it was ruining my mental health.
    The good thingsMost of the people who work at Medline are really nice
    The challengesA toxic environment. Supervisors constantly yelling and being rude to you.

    Poor leadership, salary and culture. Stay away
    The good things- Some of the people are lovely - Nice office
    The challenges- Toxic and conniving culture - Very poor salary unless your Sales or Senior Mgmt - Lack of quality infrastructure and processes - No coherent strategy, just a race to sell to the detriment of everything else - Most Senior Mgmt are not accountable - No advancement opportunities

    Great place work if you like caring, family-like culture
    The good thingsMedline has great people and culture, they genuinely care about employees. The CEO and executive leaders live and breathe Medline values in everyday work that influenced the rest of company. I feel very fortunate to have met the best leader ever in my career, she is super caring and supportive, who helped me grow both professionally and personally. My coworkers are nice and friendly, I enjoyed working at Medline very much.

    No accountability or truthfulness... stay away.
    The good thingsGood work life balance
    The challengesToxic culture with controlling factions. Very poor management team as most of them are junior or are just not people leaders. People go behind your back, and honesty and accountability are foreign concepts.

    Fake it until you make it
    The good thingsSome teams work together well in their own little bubble, You can get ahead if you fake it - always agree with your boss & blame others when there is an issue
    The challengesPoor communication between departments, Poor HR to assist employees - more focused on their own careers, Only work here if you're prepared to work into the night each day, Poor direction from Senior mgt

    Leave your talent at the door
    The good things- Some great people - Growing global organisation - Autonomy over work - Ideas welcomed - Modern large office - Agility due to lack of strict processes
    The challenges - Lack of quality systems with constant bandaid solutions - Poor execution of short and long term strategy - Absent management dominated by egotism - Many inexperienced and poorly trained managers - Many comfortable people who are deadwood with low competence

    very regrettable and I would avoid working here if possible
    The good thingsnice colleagues but unfortunately not much else to mention that was good.
    The challengesno direction from management, work life balance was terrible, zero collaboration, terrible on-boarding, no structure or strategy in place other than sell.

    The good thingsMy direct colleagues are fantastic - we're like family.
    The challengesManagement are not supportive and very disingenuous. There is very little transparency between management and staff. The pay is not proportionate to the JD.

    Concentrate on your work. If you made a mistake , it gonna take a lot of time to fix and bosses not gonna be happy
