    I walked away knowledgable and more sure of myself.
    The good thingsWork culture is positive, fellow co workers are polite, friendly, supportive. Clientele are always positive and easy to work along with.
    The challengesManagement is poorly approached, with a lack of support from certain managers. It's a very 'you're on your own' business.

    Good environment but need bit more efforts by employer to identify performance of people at lower level rather dependent on managers who can and are biased. And don’t expect more shifts on working hard because if you work less as a casual then only you get shifts.
    The good thingsEmployer try to provide good environment for everybody and try tell that they are their to support you
    The challengesEmployer May say something but things might be enforced differently at lower levels. No performance review at lower level or how much work you will get not based on your performance. You might work hard but more work is given to someone who don’t like to do much on the job. No anonymous feedback system if you work at lower level no safe way to tell your concerns.

    The good thingsWorking with people with different expertise. The company has a good leadership (management) and camaraderie (co-employees)/
    The challengesNone that I know of. So far, everything is working out between me and the company. If there are issues, it's getting resolved right away.
