    Lovely group of people to work with, but values of company didn't match reality.
    The good thingsThe nursing team is amazing. A wonderful group of colleagues who genuinely care about their patients and outcomes. Doctors are also lovely to work with.
    The challengesManagement were very out of touch with patient needs and feedback from nurses. Nurses often felt undervalued. Felt like profits were much more important than patient care.
