    "Employee-like" Contract driver
    Feb 2025
Windale NSW 23067 to 8 years in the role, current employee
The Fairwork Commission will decide Minimum standards Order, giving income protections to drivers from exploitation, altjogh this is 10 years to late. My advice to people thinking about being a 'Menulog rider', Don't!, until Minimum Standards order apply it'll Financially ruin you.
The good thingsThe ability to schedule or apply for open availability for a 'shift'.
The challengesThe lack of protection from Menulogs' harsh contracts, and worker exploitation. The oversight by the Fairwork Commission and national regulations allowed this illegitimate scam to flourish into fake enterprise on the back of slavery by bribes of officials and intimidation of drivers.

It's not worth it. Save yourself the trauma and look for opportunities elsewhere.
The good things- You get a small allowance on food a month capped with a daily limit.
The challenges- Toxic work environment. - Toxic management. - Poor expectations. - HR's inability to take formal complaints seriously from team members. - Management's inability to stay professional, toxic work events, etc.

Great company with the best people culture!
The good thingsMenulog has a people first culture and is at the core of everything we do. Menulog is passionate bringing together people & food and that is no different with employees. On top of the endless amounts of activities, events and celebrations, there is also ample opportunities to grow and develop your career here.
The challengesThe food delivery space is one of the most competitive and fast paced industries to be in at the moment. No two days are the same and it requires you to immerse yourself in the food delivery space to stay ahead of the game.

Menulog is a great place to work that I would recommend to anyone looking to develop & grow their career.
The good thingsMenulog provides a welcoming environment where coming to work each day is truly enjoyable. Each day you are presented with unique challenges and are empowered to think of solutions that benefit the business & ultimately your career. I've enjoyed being able to work with various stakeholders across multiple teams throughout my time at Menulog.
The challengesThe good challenge is that Menulog exists in a very competitive marketplace. This drives all of our employees to be number 1

The perfect workplace for your next adventure!
The good thingsWorking with Menulog has enabled me to experience so much in such a short amount of time. Our workplace is fast paced and constantly evolving, resulting in so many opportunities to learn something new and interact with stakeholders (both in ANZ and beyond) to create the most value. Everyone comes to work everyday prepared to help each other and have fun along the way!
The challengesIf something ever arises that is challenging, the 'getting it done' attitude of our teams and support from colleagues means that it never remains a challenge for too long.
