    Bad management, unsafe and egoism management team included supervisors The management team doesn’t care about the workers. They assign an unbalanced workload and claim the working hours are 9.5 hours per day, but in reality, it’s often more than 10 hours with no overtime pay. The roster is managed unprofessionally. They keep rotating workers into different roles whenever someone is absent, without considering whether the person is actually suitable or trained for that job. This shows a lack of planning and concern for both efficiency and worker well-being.
