Lots of show, but very little go. Don't expect high performance from this place. The good thingsa fabulous brand, exciting products and the promise of interesting work. also some really lovely people. it's a good place to go, sit back and not have to do much.
The challengeshighly political, overly complex and and inept organisation for it's size. MBAuP has had the luxury to do things badly, so there's a lot of mismanagement, deferred decisions, inability to change and some old-time bureaucrats in positions of power who lack vision. the result is you get teams of frustrated people who cannot really make the change needed to move this dinosaur into the future. they leverage the brand to attract staff and pay less than market rates.
