Very stressful, and bad work environment.The good thingsSome of the people are nice to work with. Location wise not bad or hard to get to and from. cheaper parking than the city and short walk to bus and train station. plenty of options for coffee and lunch around
The challengesManagement is challenging, with roadblocks around every corner. They say we will implement this, or we will change this, and it never happens or takes a very long time to do so (over 12 months). Some of the Advisers are also challenging and not being available to assist you with questions on their work to be completed. Came across a lot of people who are rude, moody or not inclusive and helpful. Has a high turnover of support staff and no one really knows how to do something or where to go to ask.
