    Avoid, huge turnover of staff
    The good thingsselected people that are trying to make it better. Decent pay but don't let that fool you
    The challengesterrible culture, highly toxic, very micromanaged. Never felt so uncomfortable in a workplace before, the behaviour from the owner is inappropriate
