One of my worst experiences, was not a great culture and there is a lack of understanding from management when dealing with difficult team members. Would not recommend! The owners are absolutely lovely, however management needs to be looked at, as there is a lack of experience in all areas of management.

The good thingsGood salary, great perks to fly in a helicopter.

The challengesTerrible culture, poor management, and lack of vision.
