The Micway family was one of the best jobs I have ever had and I would always refer it to anyone that asks me if they should work there.
The good thingsThe manager and owner of the company are very helpful and understand when it comes to your needs.

Worst company I've ever worked for, no on has any idea what is happening, running around with no real idea what anyone is doing at any given time. Management is dismal and also has no clue what they're doing.
The good thingsNothing, nothing good comes from Micway
The challengesEverything, the company in general is poorly managed.

    Good “foot-in-the-door” experience
The good thingsPlenty of hours, will hire anyone with a truck licence. There are some great people to work with; other drivers.
The challengesManagement needs a lot of improvement. Good at running a business but not so good with their own people. Only some of the fleet gets upgraded, not enough maintenance.

A murderous 6 months of hard yakka !
The good thingsThis company was willing to give me a start so I could gain valuable transport industry experience.
The challengesTo many working hours and little rest time. Physically demanding work that would easily burn the average worker out very quickly.
