    A dangerous, dogs breakfast.
    The good thingsThe people I interacted with seemed friendly and the Dandenong South base was new and clean. They had casual employment options.
    The challengesSafety is definitely not a priority, profits are. The training for new drivers was inadequate, the truck's and trailers were old, neglected, dirty and down right dangerous. No one cares. The operations team are flying by the seat of there pants 24/7. If your happy to switch your brain off and have no standards please apply.

    Don’t do it. Ever. It’s a career ender.
    The good thingsIf you manage to survive long enough they’ll pay you a redundancy
    The challengesEverything. Poor reactive management, poor safety behaviours, management out of their depth with race and gender inequality, zero awareness of mental health and an alarming rate of physical triggers

    Got good driving experience which gave knowledge of Australia and roads reaching different states and learned many things.
    The good thingsI have worked Interstate which gave me good knowledge regarding roads and have been almost all over the country by driving to towns, cities and different states.
    The challengesSometimes the weather gives a challenge cos at certain places in Australia different states have their weather conditions as Melbourne its mostly cold as compared to NSW, QLD, SA and WA.
