    Good for people don't have much career ambition and just want to work and get paid.
    The good thingsWork life balance and colleagues are very nice and made good friends there.
    The challengesCareer progression is limited, hard to get more exposure, senior level set boundaries to prevent people try to learn and grow into that space.

    The challengesAbsolutely shocking management! Many mangers in roles that they shouldn't be in, they lack all emotional intelligence and just overall skills of the job. The cattiness is shocking i have never worked in a more toxic environment.

    The good thingsGreat stable senior mgmt and Board (I don’t say this often) who actually do good things; great flexible working arrangements; salaries are market; people are great and it’s realky good for diversity.
    The challengesNot a lot of opportunities for advancement outside of Sydney and maybe Melb. Lots of turnover in the Sydney office.

    The challengesNo career progression unless you are part of the inner circle. Unclear and confusing work duties. No leadership, just managers that care about their bonuses. Quality of product is deteriorating.
