    Horrible.
    The good thingsUnfortunately... not many
    The challengesVery stuck up enviornment. Don't go into this job if you have health issues. They do not care about your health or wellbeing. They higher to young of managers who don't know what they are doing and don't care about staff. As long as the managers are getting support that's all they care about.
