Overall a marvellous place to start your allied health career, however some disrespect and micromanagement in one particular area currently needs to be addressed and dealt with.
The good things- Excellent onboarding and support, especially for new grads - Good work/life balance with no to very minimal work outside of hours - 99.9% of colleagues are fantastic to work with and company culture as a whole is fantastic.
The challenges- Lack of variation in work can lead to poor job satisfaction - More intense pressure to raise billables than previously, despite employees working their backsides off to do so. - Micromanagement and managerial disrespect is rife in one particular working area currently. I wouldn't recommend working at this overall brilliant company, until this is addressed and rectified.

A supportive family and community orientated health service
The good thingsThis company cares about it's employees and treats them fairly, they also offer a diverse case load which helps you grow as a clinican. The management team ensure that the machine that is Mobile Rehab runs smoothly and you can always rely on them.
The challengesThis job can be somewhat challenging as it often requires you to work in an autonomous role by yourself. This can be a good thing as it forces you to back your own decisions. Support and help is always offered if needed!

    Caring, supportive and progressive organisation
The good thingsA pleasure to work for an organisation with a clear vision and even clearer interest in caring about their staff and clients. The approachable management team, and support provided throughout means that assistance is available if needed, however trust is there to work autonomously as a professional. Clinically it provides a diverse range of clients which allows oneself to always develop their skills, whilst also having access to both internal and external professional development.
The challengesBeing a mobile job, I originally thought there would be challenges involved in working alone - however the geographic team nature of the organisation means I feel supported no matter where I am working.

The office staff are dedicated and the clinicians who work here are passionate about the health + well being of their clients; overall a great place to work!! The best I have ever worked in.
The good thingsYou could not get a better workplace culture + environment. Many companies talk about work / life balance; Mobile Rehab epitomizes it. The office space is a great place to work, with ongoing career progression opportunities.
The challengesNo real challenges - support is always available.
