The good thingsWorkplace is very flexible, management is relaxed and just let you work without micro-managing. Pay is good. Colleagues are fun to work with!
The challengesOperating systems used to be poor and clunky, but they have improved it dramatically! Continual upgrades

Great place to be especially if you like freedom and being valued.
The good thingsGreat place to work. Good blokes and environment and they listen to feedback when you give it. I loved it here and only left to go back home overseas.
The challengesSometimes I didn't agree with the decisions but it is what it is. Overall, it was very minor.

Based off my experience I can't recommend this company for employment because it's not a trainee friendly work environment and only apply if you don't mind spending 8 hours a day on the road and working 7 days a week.
The good thingsThe customers were good but that's about all since I had so little opportunity to adjust to the machines that were quite different from what I used in America.
The challengesThe trainers were under too much pressure to get a large work load that included the more difficult job that they had no time to allow me to adjust to the machines that were drastically different from the ones I used in the States. They don't give their new guys a chance to ease themselves in and just throw as much as they can at them so soon and then wonder why they couldn't adjust.

The good thingsCompany did have a good location that was easy to access with plenty of parking
The challengesLack of empathy from managers. Poor communication. High turnover of staff. Was there for less than a year and saw 15+ people let go for a company that currently employes less than 30.

The good thingsTake a van home and fuel paid for, generally Laid back when you are on your own but very monotonous job
The challengesManagement is hard to work with mostly because they have no idea what happens in the field
