    In hindsight I regret not taking heed/ even researching reviews across other Social Media platforms where my opinion of my experience and apparent ingrained culture and lack of respect for individuals also appears ratified by other people .
    The good thingsNotwithstanding this opinion there are some decent people scattered throughout. The facilities and offices are well looked after and are clean. They also have good diversity across the workforce.
    The challengesIn my option think very very carefully about moving from a half decent job to come here - especially in sales. Despite the initial assurances about growth/ opportunities and prima facie reasonable personas there was virtually no training , non existent line manager or assistance and/or support. Instructions all ad hoc and minimal decent actual procedures in place which is surprising given the size. Very very “clicky” too with lots of sycophants

    No regrets its time well spent
    The good thingsAlways plenty of work and the main boss for drivers has your back and is very supportive. Lots of good people around the place. Lots of $ on offer.
    The challengesManagement or line management is not of a high quality. Warehouse is too small. Lack of accountability. Unrealistic and unsafe deadlines.

    from day 1 the staff entry says ( behind these doors are QLD`s best employes )
    The good thingseveryone enjoys working there its good pay great bonus structure .we all have the same goal in mind that is to keep our customers happy . the food service industry certainly is a hard game however we just do it the best I am proud when I say I am part of the team at QFFS . the director CEO all approachable at anytime.
    The challengesevery job has its challenges this job is no different however its the way we handle our problems head on . food service sales is not easy its a constant battle with our competitors and high food costs . the margin is the most important challenge we face on a daily bases
