    Relieved to be no longer working there!
    The good thingsVery little. Probably the work hours and nice customers.
    The challengesToxic leadership and no career growth. Staff speaking poorly of their colleagues. Lacks professional leadership from Team Leaders. Staff constantly away from their desk, either smoking outside or doing as they please. Boring repetitive work. No challenges.

    Dont waste your time here - dead end career moveTerrible place to work. No structure, top management are unprofessional, lack leadership skills, staff do what they want, come in late, take additional breaks. there's no KPIS or performance reviews. i would not recommend. the staff are lovely, that's the only good part

    The challengesAdministration work is very boring, just waiting for the phone to ring, no challenging time constraint tasks, very poor management, coworkers all get paid differently for working in the same role and management forces you to deal with very rude customers instead of terminating the phone call.

    No written training outline or training manual is shared with newly hired staff.
    The good thingsLocation is good, fun loving culture.
    The challengesThere is no training manual for training new hiring especially for credit analyst and they expect you to do flawless work without training. They push you to assess more and more applications in a day.

    The good thingsThe team, such a supportive and beautiful group to work with. The work is relatively easy, and there are plenty of support resources when you need help. There's some good incentives as well, such as work events throughout the year and competitions

    It's been okay, my boss is a beautiful human and is good to her staff.

    The challengesThe customers. Sometimes management. Not enough internal structure and policy. The fact that one thing is okay for one customer, but not another.

    The challengesKnowing that some customers who shouldn't have gotten a loan or been approved for a loan are struggling or unwilling to pay off their loan because of their change in finances/they're irresponsible/massive interest rate (25%-30%) didn't realise the ramifications and now they're trapped.
