    The challengesTerribly inconsiderate upper management, poor communication and expectations made for a bad work environment with unpleasant customers

    It was okay for a first job
    The good thingsThe pay was high, especially on Sundays.
    The challengesStaff was okay, management was iffy, parents were hard to please and you got rostered based on your ratings. You can kind of tell what rating you're going to receive when you meet the parent, and you got rostered based on your ratings. Very unorganised.

    It was fun but head management need to listen to their in store staff far more and give more opportunities
    The good thingsIt was fun, working with kids they were always so lovely, close knit family vibe
    The challengesWorking every weekend was very tough as you miss valuable family time, not being able to progress in the work force as you never managed to go from casual worker to full time, head management never listening to your advice

    The good thingsNot very many. The work/life balance I was able to achieve was incredible.

    Fast paced work environment with great staff, wonderful support however no room to grow.
    The good thingsGreat head office support and cooperative management. Happy fast paced environment.
    The challengesDifficult and unrealistic customers with very poor attitude.Major competitors in the same complex made it very hard to compete with low pricing structures head office would not match.

    Parties, parties, parties - was pretty fun!
    The good thingsIt was great to make someone's day by being able to host their party. It was satisfying when they enjoyed themselves and come back!
    The challengesThe challenges that came with being a party host was being able to communicate with parents, managing and engaging with kids and organisation between parties.
