    One of the better pits that I have worked at, just not a good place if you want to advance in the business via the correct process.

    I enjoyed Moolarben immensely and all the people that work there were great.
    The good thingsThe people I worked with. The work was good and everyone worked as team. Productivity was high, people worked towards goals and achieved them.
    The challengesLearning a new industry. I had never worked in the coal industry before. I was eager to learn and they were very willing to teach.

    Great place to work with good career opportunities.

    The challengesNightshift can be tough, but with the roster the most you have to do 3 per swing which is bearable.
