    The school consistently fails to make decision with foresight and consideration.
    The good thingsSmall class sizes and close community - easy to get to know the kids.
    The challengesPoor systems of management and communication. Lack of process and policy. Most of these challenges step from poor management from the top down. These issues have made it near impossible to teach effectively and created an unsustainable workload. Staff turnover year on year is over 50% at present.

    The good thingsSome of the staff are really caring towards each other. The students are respectful.
    The challengesInconsistent and unreliable management styles and a general lack of transparency. In general by the end of my tenure I did not feel supported and observed others during my time there undergo similar challenges and a lack of support.

    Wonderful teaching staff, great students, and supportive parents.
    The good thingsWonderful parents and students. A true community feel throughout the college. High quality and supportive teachers and teacher aides. Staff are positive forward thinkers; no negativity to pull you down! Both Primary and Secondary staffrooms are great places to be.
