The challengesThe size of the company can be overwhelming if you are not used to working in a large office

I left as the thought of entering such a hostile environment began to affect my overall health and well-being.
The good thingsThey pay to scale, but give very good bonuses.
The challengesPoor on-the-job training with terrible managers. Even with the extensive experience I have, I struggled with the processes. You were made to feel stupid when asking for clarification.

The good thingsFrom what I hear Morgans still have the same issues, these new ratings are pure PR.

The challengesI changed industry when joining Morgans, there is a lot to learn in finance but the training is there if requested.

The good thingsMorgans take care of their staff both socially and professionally. There are lots of opportunities to volunteer through the Foundation if interested. Its a also a one stop shop for Advisers as they can contact staff directly instead of dealing with call centres.
The challengesLike every role there are challengers but my manager is always happy to listen to take on board any suggestions.

The good thingsFriendly, supportive, I have worked everywhere, and this is the place I wanted to retire from! Unfortunately I had to leave for family commitments.

Great workmates, poor management - overall avoid.
The good thingsWorkmates. Great people to work with.
The challengesManagement.Toxic environment created by them really. They are happy to be predatory with Advisors client bases and take accounts. Could write a book about it. High salaried staff turnover.

The challengesLow salary, the team receive quarterly bonuses to bump it up to just below average, limited career progression.
