One month of my life I will never get back, left for my mental health and wellbeing.
The good thingsSome great staff who haven't been there long enough to know how bad it is.
The challengesLack of respect from Senior Management, not sure the culture will ever change.

    Negative culture and management
The good thingsThere are some lovely, hard working staff which management do not appreciate. Great range of products/brand name.
The challengesThe company has one person in management who has been there a long (no personal insight) and dictates the negative culture which is a shame because it has the potential to be a fantastic business. Outdated and archaic systems. Senior management only care about themselves and not their team. The companies reputation is at an all time low with clients and staff alike.

If you'r a person that goes to work by choice and you'r looking for a challenge it's good, however if your driven by financial reward perhaps this is not the place to consider.
The good thingsBranch and head office staff worked well on common goal in giving great customer service. Branch environment was a happy fun place. Workload was manageable. Mainframe system used was easy to navigate, excel guru's would find it a dream in been able to show off their talent. Company offered product training.
The challengesOut dated computer system. KPI's and yearly reviews brought little to no financial reward and increases were not given unless asked for and only small.

The good thingsIMMEDIATE Management Only other workers, always willing to help each other. Good hours
The challengesVery little technology, upper management expect the world but don’t give you the tools to do the job also won’t fix poor lighting or damaged floors.

Three years of my life that I will never get back!
The good thingsMy team and colleagues were some of the best people I have ever worked with, I will miss working with them.
The challengesOutdated, antiquated software solutions, that certainly do not aid you in doing your job . No S.O.P's, No training programs for new or existing staff. Totally dysfunctional organisation, management have no idea how to communicate. I would give this company a very wide berth.

Felt mostly Degraded working at my time there.
The good thingsThere's not too many things to say maybe that the job was relatively close to my home.
The challengesLike most reviews stated Nothing you done was ever good enough the company wanted more out of you. They don't use technology to help you perform your job, old outdated computers and procedures to save money. Family owned company \"we do things our way\" that might not be beneficial for it's employees.

Revolving door policy with staff turn over
The good thingsVery good range of products that are know in the industry. Many good people have come and goone through the business. Some by choice and some not.
The challengesLarge family business that is stuck in the past with high turn staff over. Customers found it very difficult to deal with company on a regular basis. Management has arrognat attitude and do not listen or care. Next!!!!

The good thingsQuality products, great work colleagues in most areas of the company, travel for work ( if that's your thing )
The challengesMicro management, arrogant and incompetent upper Management, poor technology, lack of vision for being competitive in the market, long hours to pay, understaffed in every department, lack of work life balance, lack of industry training.

The good thingsA company that is committed to manufacturing in Australia and is prepared to walk away from business that doesn't share their values and vision
The challengesLike all private businesses their has been a reluctance to embrace technology but the changes are coming fast now.

'I DO NOT RECOMMEND WORKING FOR THIS COMPANY'
The good thingsGreat product, staff friendly but never stayed too long in the business due to toxic culture and management.
The challengesDysfunctional organization that operates with antiquated equipment. People culture in work place non-existent with very high staff turn over. Company known to be extremely difficult to do business with and this makes it the extra challenge to meet the unrealistic sales targets and budgets. Senior management is narcissistic and has only attention for results.

    An unpleasantly intense skill-building experience.
The good thingsI learnt a lot about myself, and grew a lot as an employee since I had so much to do in so little time, everyday. My immediate colleagues were really wonderful, helpful and easy to work with in the team.
The challengesThe office was so understaffed (and some of my colleagues were difficult to work with because they were so incredibly stressed) and the workload so big and fast-growing that I felt guilty just for taking a lunchbreak because it meant my colleagues had to work that much harder without me. Not a nice environment. No one should feel guilty for exercising basic human rights like eating.

The good thingsWhen I left there I was happy. The team I had were supported and embraced new ideas. I wish people higher up in the business would have done so. Zero succession planning.
The challengesManagement do not support staff members.Always looking for scapegoats and don't encourage growth in the business.Full of micro managers.

Feel I had gone back 20 years
The good thingsExcellent Product, staff willing to put in 100% with no recognition from Management.
The challengesUnable to perform your job to the best of your ability due to outdated computer programs and poor procedures. No training program, you are thrown in the 'deep end'. Either you sink or swim which creates a HIGH TURNOVER in staff. Business has grown but they haven't grown 'with the times'. No support from Management with poor communication, leaving a very unprofessional, chaotic approach to getting the job done.
