    Highly not recommend this employer, salary is not worth it to the amount of work you’ll be doing.
    The good thingsCustomer service and if you a fan of Japanese Products
    The challengesEmployer forces staff to do 2-3 other people jobs for one team member, they are looking for cheap labour, responsibility as a team member includes a detail cleaning “ every time the store got a visit” and working as removalist handling loads of pallets and stuff, no support from manager.

    it was actually quite boring
    The good thingsvery basic retail assistant job. management are great and flexible.
    The challengesthere's no structure to anything and every employee has their own way of doing things in store so lots of room for miscommunication.

    Amazing staff but quite stressful work.
    The good thingsThe people I worked with in the store were amazing. Great discounts on products, especially on clothes. Lots of variety in your daily work. Very friendly customers. Most staff at HQ were really helpful and nice to deal with.
    The challengesStressful, budget was not big enough to have sufficient amount of staff. Never enough space to be able to organise stock back of house. Very conservative company, due to the company being Japanese. Working nights and weekends. No incentives to meet targets. Stressful having Mystery Shoppers. Sometimes lack of support and understanding from HQ.
