Wine and dine but think twice about working here
The good thingsHigh standards of food, service and equipment. Most staff generally friendly and helpful.
The challengesBit of a toxic environment created by management. Providing the best customer service at the cost of their employees. Getting told off after talking to customers for less than a minute or going for toilet break. It's part of the damn job as customer service ffs. Many staff feeling they got watched constantly. No wonder it has high turnover. Hopefully things change.
