While I valued the friendships and support from some clinicians at MCRI, my overall experience was negatively impacted by the Clinical Trial Unit team, and I would not recommend working with them.

The good thingsWhat I liked most about my time at MCRI was spending time with my friends and connecting with some of the kind and supportive clinicians.

The challengesOne of the biggest challenges during my time at MCRI was the lack of support from some leaders and managers, and I encountered behavior and attitudes that made the environment feel exclusionary and disrespectful
