    The good thingsGreat staff, great flexibility. Management is invested in their staff I.e upskilling, flexibility etc.
    The challengesNot too many. Just working remote comm uhnities can be a challenge due to the isolation though if you are use to it then you should be fine.

    The good thingsA large and diverse business that strives to give back to the community and assist individuals in any way possible. The company has an excellent performance review/ catch-up framework that assists develop managers' and employees' relationships whilst also taking the fear out of performance meetings.
    The challengesBeing such a large and diverse business, working across many contracts and divisions can be challenging to manage and accommodate the needs of all (from an HR perspective)... but this is also an exciting challenge.

    An opportunity to experience a diverse caseload of clients
    The good thingsA great opportunity to work within Indigenous Communities in the Far North, rapidly expanding nationwide.
    The challengesNo PD opportunities, very low remuneration, no salary sacrifice opportunities to offset low income, no opportunity for bonuses for reaching targets, very little support from senior management, poor communication. Low morale within the workplace.
