    The good thingsthe beautiful staff and customers
    The challengesno training given chucked in to a new team a struggling store and then terminate my 3 month probation period as sales were not good this is a small store hidden in the corner of a shopping complex with not alot of foot traffic extremely disappointed as i was set up to fail.yet they already had another manager waiting to take over and boom they have another manager coming from another store to train her so why wasnt i given this?

    Chaotic and overstocked mess of a work place
    The good thingsLoved the customers and the staff I was working with.
    The challengesAs a manager my staff hours were cut and I only had a 3 hour lunch cover , I was expected to make budget , unpack pallets of stock in which we had nowhere to put it spend countless hours putting up sale tickets , make daily changes including ironing making beds , table changes, we had time limits to when changes were done photos taken for proof with no regard to how busy you were with customers I felt I was just a number to this big profit grabbing company.

    The good thingsAbsolutely love my job. This has been my Dream job for a long time. The staff are friendly and open to any question you have. My regional Manger has been a wonderful help, always a phone call away. No question is every to hard.

    The challengesThey want you to think outside the box in regards to merchandising, but then you get told to stay inside the box. If you are in a store that is outside the Sydney CBD, don’t expect any regular visits from H/O.

    I miss working at My House, I loved working there.
    The good thingsThe good things about my house were the staff discount, the staff were fantastic, the trips to Sydney for the seasons range was unbelievable, management made you feel part of the family.
