The challengesAs a manager my staff hours were cut and I only had a 3 hour lunch cover , I was expected to make budget , unpack pallets of stock in which we had nowhere to put it spend countless hours putting up sale tickets , make daily changes including ironing making beds , table changes, we had time limits to when changes were done photos taken for proof with no regard to how busy you were with customers I felt I was just a number to this big profit grabbing company.
