Great people, strong autonomy, and plenty of opportunity for those willing to take initiative. The good thingsI’ve been with the business since December 2025 and have found it to have a very open and supportive culture. While the organisation isn’t perfect, there are many great people who genuinely try to “chase the better.” The recent merger has brought significant change and introduced new projects, creating opportunities to learn, contribute, and stretch beyond your core role. We work lean, but there is strong support, a good level of autonomy, and encouragement to use your initiative. There are also clear opportunities for internal mobility, career progression, and moving into other disciplines if you’re interested. If something isn’t working or someone isn’t happy, feedback is welcomed and I would encourage speaking with your leader.
The challengesThe scale of change following the merger has been significant and can feel overwhelming at times. Some processes are slow, and there are accountability gaps in certain areas that impact efficiency. Working lean provides exposure and development opportunities, but it can also create pressure when multiple priorities compete. Continued focus on clearer ownership and process improvement would enhance consistency and delivery.
