    A good company to work for that is supportive.

    Good learning curve but would never reccomend
    The good thingsGood 2/2 roster and a great group of people and the ability to experiece things you normally wouldnt
    The challengesPay is absolutely horrendous, little care is given for the needs of staff , living conditions are acient.

    It is very appealing to begin with but that wears off very quickly.
    The good thingsGreat weather. Meet plenty of new people and see some great countryside.
    The challengesDealing with management and there lack of care. Sub-standard living areas and an unhealthy culture and workplace politics.
