    save your time and effort and look elsewhere
    The good things- Discount on company owned brands - Time taken upon starting employment (as there is 0 staff training but your are expected to know their ways)
    The challenges- Disconnect between management and employees - Sales pressure is ridiculous - Management structure equivilant to a highschool social group - Lack of recognition - Shift structure an hour allocaton is an absolute joke - Major lack of professionalism from management who expect the total opposite
