    The good thingsNewell Brands feels like being part of a family, the culture is great, people are supportive and the team cohesive, supported through every stage of the onboarding process and your input valued.

    Great choice to work at Newell
    The good thingsI work in the finance department and the colleagues are very friendly. The managers and supervisors are approachable too. Teatime, birthday celebrations, freebies company's products, parties, anything I would expect and would not expect from a company, I find it here. I wish to work here forever
    The challengesnot too much in terms of challenges for the company, but I need to work on myself, try to be an extrovert to better enjoy the WorkLife.

    My advice would be to avoid this company in relation to any sales role.

    The challengesMicromanaged, poor leadership, lack of direction, unorganised, unsupporrted, this list goes on.

    Can't recommend working at Newell Brands enough.
    The good thingsEverything - the people, the role, the office, benefits and perks. The nicest and most supportive people I have ever worked with. My role is so challenging and keeps me on my toes I love it. The office is so modern, so much natural light and great food options nearby. I am so excited about my career and the opportunities that Newell have to offer.

    The challengesLots to learn, but that makes it fun! Things take a little longer. Lots of approval and back and forth, but that was anticipated with a global company.

    The good thingsThe work life balance is next level. The option to WFH is there for a few days a week but the office is so welcoming it's not like being at work at all. The teams are positive and helpful, and you feel right at home the moment you step through the door.

    The good thingsGreat company to work for. The people are great which makes it such a fantastic work culture! Supportive Management and flexible with work/life balance.
    The challengesPrior to Covid and being in a Customer Service role we previously didn't have any flexibility to WFH, however this has since changed so personally there has not been any challenges within my time at the company.

    The good thingsOne of the best companies I've worked for. Work/life balance is maintainable and the staff are very welcoming and friendly. The Melbourne office is modern and well equipped. The I.T Dept is responsive and competent. And management has a strong focus on staff's well-being.
    The challengesThe usual red tape that comes with being a part of a global company can mean that approval/processing delays do occur from time to time.

    The good thingsNot only is the office environment a beautiful space to work in, at the Caribbean Business Park with ample resources, the team have been the best part of the role. I was welcomed so warmly by everyone, without a second thought. You're automatically made to feel like family and feel as though you've been a part of the team forever. Very progressive work culture, with flexibility, working from home options and supportive managers who will cater to the employee, not the work itself.

    Every Sunday I would get anxious and nauseous knowing that another week of micromanagement and changing goal posts was coming up

    The challengesMicromanagement and mixed messages by sales management make you second guess yourself. Avoid this company at all costs.
