    It was great until they changed management. Now I would never work there again.
    The good thingsWas good in the beginning when Brisbane first opened. Small staff and was run like a family business.

    The good thingsThe culture!!! The staff & Directors are caring, down to earth, flexible & career driven. They go above and beyond for their employees. Love the fact that it is a family business so it made me feel at home.

    probably the best employer i have had, however it is deteriorating instead of getting better, they need to reassess how they work with their employees to change the rate of turnover or they may lose their team which is what the current business success ab
    The good thingsThe internal culture is still good, however it is deteriorating, the barques and parties are excellent, upper management is very involved, and there is a strong team connection, in customer service anyway
    The challenges\"team leaders\" being more involved with their own separate tasks and pleasing upper management over working with and advocating for their team, a high volume of work resulting with regular and sometimes extreme overtime
